Customer Reviews

I would fully recommend John, Peter and team for their excellent work on my new gutters, fascia and soffit installation. They were punctual and the quality of work was superb. They were extremely courteous. The level of workmanship was exceptional. They left the place spotless and took away all the old materials with them.

Our experience with JP Guttering was great. They showed up when they said they would which is already a big plus, and the work was done to a very high standard. We had our original asbestos gutters and downpipes taken down (John from JP Guttering also organised their removal from the site), after which the team installed new PVC gutters, fascia and soffits. The house now looks much better when viewed from the street. They also supplied and fitted new roof vents to improve attic insulation. Top notch service, I would gladly work with them again.

John, Peter and the team were all lovely to deal with - very polite, friendly and professional. Excellent workmanship on the replacement of my fascia, soffit and guttering. They were punctual and tidy and job was competitively priced.

Full replacement of fascia soffit gutter's and dry verge caps done to front and side of house. From the moment John arrived to do the inspection and look at the job I just felt like this man actually knows what he’s talking about. The man asked what I wanted and then advised me on the different styles and type of system that would work for my house. He was able to look and for see what would work and show me pictures of what it would look like from previous jobs. When his lads arrived to do the work there was no issue with anything I wanted. He even pointed out a few small things that when done just finished the job perfectly ( we added trim to the inside of the wooden ceiling of our porch and the surrounding area ). It was the little touches that were done that you would stand back and just say that’s a perfect job done right. The lads worked away and didn’t stop.I had to make them stop to have a cup of tea I was feeling that bad. Just pure workers. Anytime I went out to see if they needed anything they were showing me this or that. 💯 highly recommended. If you are thinking of getting a job done I would say definitely go with John and his team. Absolutely fantastic company to get in.

I would recommend them. The price is not the lowest, but they did a good job and were very professional. Peter was very friendly. He clearly told me where the problem was and how to solve it, and the problems left over from my roof repair last year were also solved perfectly. I recommend them.

Replaced old white guttering on house and extension with black pvc. Great job by the installation team. Stepped me through everything they did photographing damage underneath etc.
Very professional job. 👏

Excellent advice and service. I would highly recommend this company.

John and his team are very friendly, professional and efficient workers. They replaced our old leaking aluminium gutters with uPVC gutters, and installed uPVC fascia and soffit within a single afternoon since the weather that morning was dreadful. They also installed a new downpipe free of charge even though it wasn’t included in the original quote. I can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service. Great team - just get on with the job. Explain everything and no problem too big. Highly recommend them. Fast and efficient.

Great from start to finish! Came on a bank holiday to complete the work because of rain delays on the originally scheduled day. Efficient and tidy and everything looks so good now! Would definitely recommend!

We highly recommend JP Guttering. We contacted them thinking about fitting dry verge on our roof and ended up installing new soffits as well. Same day John came up to the house to present available options, talk us through them and give a price breakdown. A week later his amazing team (Peter, Peter and Pat) was already working and in a day they fitted dry verge, new soffits and gutters. Couldn't be happier with their job - Peter explained to us every step of the process, they tidied up the place leaving nothing behind. House got a great new look for a fair money! 👌

First rate job. Lads were very thorough, efficient and courteous. Work is of the highest standard. House looks great. Recommend very highly.

Excellent Company. Professional work. Fantastic results. The 4 corners of our roofs were rotten under the old PVC. Peter and his crew replaced all the beams, Fascia, and eaves with treated timber and fitted new PVC, gutters (with additional sealant to the junctions), Downpipes, and PVC dry verges. Site was left immaculate every day. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.

I needed a repair after storm damage, John was much more responsive than anyone else and had the team out to me in a couple of days to repair. The lads were efficient and polite and did a great job, would recommend and would use again.

Just had my wooden soffit replaced with uPVC cladding and am delighted with the job and also the customer service I received. I contacted John for a quote and within the same day he came back to me to arrange a time to come out. He arrived exactly when he said he would and gave me a fair quote. I liked that he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell anything I didn't want. I agreed to go ahead with the job. Again the guys arrived when they said they would. They were polite and kept me up to date every stage of the job so that I knew exactly what was happening. Again, no attempt to upsell or try and fix something that didn't need to be fixed which was great and proved that they were trustworthy. The job has been completed and I am really happy with the job. I have attached before and after photos. I would recommend this company and will use them in future if I need them

Genuinely couldn't speak highly enough of these lads. Contacted several guttering companies after the bed weather and John was the first to reply and called out next day to give a quote and reassured me it would be a quality job and he was right. Our fascia boards were completely rotten and the mortar at the verge was crumbling away. Peter and Martin called on one of the coldest days of the year and did a great job. Repaired all the rotten timbers, fit new facias, soffits and gutters front side and back and dry verge system. Would definitely recommend JP Guttering to anyone. Thanks again lads

Paul and his team repaired and cleaned the gutters and down pipe. Excellent service. They were capable, efficient, economical and most importantly-effective. Many thanks lads.

I asked John to pop out to the house to give a price on repair or replacing my gutters, after seeing all their reviews. I've had lost my faith in contractors until I met him and Peter!

John quoted, didn't chase me to confirm but left it to me which I really loved! He was so fast at fitting us in between jobs. On the day Peter was informative of what was going wrong with our gutters (shoddy work on our old contractor which we knew). They replaced some spots, repaired others and even pointed out now my neighbors should have a down pipe. They even came back 2 days later to reseal something for me, which was truly amazing.

Don't hesitate to get them in, I will be using them again for sure, when we need roof works. J&P thank you both so much and Peter sorry about the coffee 😂

Our gutters were old and leaking so we employed John to replace them all. He also agreed to clean and patch up the fascia and soffits. He did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. While he was far from the cheapest quote we got we are really glad that we chose him to do the work.

John and his team have done a great job, they installed new vents, and some repairing works after a full roof inspection, they also replaced our very old gutter.
After a couple raining and windy days test, the condensation is no longer there, the attic celling is fairly dry, thank you Peter for your profession work.

Rang these guys twice to get a quote for new gutters and they said they would get back to me - no quote ever came - not even the courtesy of a response of any kind.

JP Guttering recently replaced our gutter system, together with new sofits and fascia. Front, back and gable end. From start to finish we were very impressed with this company. John called out to us to quote for the work, and we had an appointment arranged for 2 weeks later. The lads carrying out the work were punctual and very personable. They needed access to a neighbour's property in order to place one of the ladders, and this was handled in a very friendly and diplomatic manner. We are thrilled with the end result. Weather was awful on the day but the lads got stuck in and had the lot done by 4pm. All rubbish was removed and everywhere cleaned up when they finished. Price was extremely competitive. We would happily recommend these guys. Top notch 👌

Great service provided by John's team. They did my house along with the neighbours. We got new soffit, fascia, gutters and down-pipes installed. We also had some rotten wood sections in the corners of the houses which the guys also cut out and replaced with new wood before installing the new gutters. They came on a Friday morning and finished both houses by Saturday morning. They cleaned up after themselves and everything was tidy when they left. Would not hesitate to recommend to others for the job.

It hasn't rained yet, but we are looking forward to it now. The house looks fantastic. We are very happy customers.

John came out to price the job of replacing our house and garage gutters. He didn’t try and push any sales” even said that the garage was fine and didn’t need replacing saving €1200 (it’s a big double garage)
The lads arrived on time to the minute and got straight to work. After the lads had left you could eat your dinner of the ground from were the lads had been working it was that tidy.

JP was able to come out and give me a professional quote straight away being very honest about what I needed. He was able to come back soon after to install and the lads did an unbelievable job, it really looks the part. We moved a pipe at a later stage and JP was very accommodating coming back out when he didn't have to to move a piece he had just installed, very professional overall in terms of service and actual installation too so would definitely recommend. I found him through Google and was hesitant as you hear horror stories about finding trades over the Internet but not in this case.
